  • A 6-month implied warranty on defective goods or 12 months as stated on package insert of certain products

13. Water Quality Disclaimer

SafiManzi products are designed to improve the quality, taste, and clarity of water by reducing certain contaminants. However, we do not guarantee that our products will remove all impurities or make water completely safe in all circumstances.

Water quality will vary depending on:

  • Source water conditions

  • Municipal supply changes

  • Plumbing infrastructure

  • Environmental factors

SafiManzi shall not be held liable for:

  • The suitability of water for drinking or any specific purpose

  • Any health effects arising from the consumption or use of water filtered through our products

  • Improper installation, misuse, or failure to replace filters as recommended

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring filters are replaced according to guidelines

  • Following all product instructions

  • Testing water quality where necessary, especially in non-municipal or high-risk environments

Our products are intended for use with municipally treated water unless otherwise specified.

14. Filter Lifespan & Performance

SafiManzi filters are designed to perform effectively for a specified period or volume of water, as indicated on the product packaging or website.

Filter lifespan will vary depending on:

  • Water quality and contamination levels

  • Frequency of use

  • Water pressure and flow rate

  • Storage and environmental conditions

As a result, SafiManzi cannot guarantee actual filter performance.

Lifespan may differ from stated estimates.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Replacing filters at the recommended intervals or sooner if performance declines

  • Monitoring for changes in water taste, odour, or flow rate, which may indicate that replacement is required

  • Following all usage and maintenance instructions provided

Failure to replace filters as recommended may:

  • Reduce filtration effectiveness

  • Affect water quality

  • Impact the performance of the product

SafiManzi shall not be held liable for any issues arising from:

  • Continued use of expired or overused filters

  • Improper installation or maintenance

  • Use outside of intended conditions

15. Installation & Liability

Certain SafiManzi products may require installation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, installation is the responsibility of the customer.

Where installation is required, SafiManzi recommends that:

  • Installation is carried out by a qualified or certified professional

  • All instructions provided with the product are followed carefully

SafiManzi shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from:

  • Incorrect or improper installation

  • Installation by unqualified individuals

  • Failure to follow installation or usage instructions

  • Modifications to the product or use outside of its intended purpose

Where SafiManzi provides or arranges installation services:

  • Such services may be performed by third-party contractors

  • While reasonable care is taken in selecting service providers, SafiManzi is not liable for any acts or omissions of third-party installers

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their plumbing and infrastructure are suitable for the product

  • Water pressure and connections meet product requirements

  • Access is provided for installation where applicable

SafiManzi will not be responsible for:

  • Pre-existing plumbing issues

  • Damage to property arising from unsuitable infrastructure

  • Additional costs incurred due to site-specific requirements
