RETURNS POLICY

  • Returns accepted within 7–14 days after delivery, the customer is responsible for return courier fee

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

Defective Products:

  • Handled in accordance with the CPA (repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months or 12 months as stated on package insert of certain products)

Non-returnable items:

  • Used filters (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom/installed products
