Delivery

• Most orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days from receipt of payment

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

• We can only deliver products to physical addresses or PUDO lockers within the borders of the Republic of South Africa

• SafiManzi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers

• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are subject to our Returns Policy (see below)

• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition

• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe

Returns Policy

• Returns accepted within 7–14 days after delivery, the customer is responsible for return courier fee

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase required

Defective Products:

• Handled in accordance with the CPA (repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months or 12 months as stated on package insert of certain products)

Non-returnable items:

• Used filters (for hygiene reasons)

• Custom/installed products
